    SW: 181.2 :(

    Measurements
    Waist: 41"
    Hips: 45"
    Right Arm: 12.5"
    Left Arm: 13"
    Right Thigh: 24.25"
    Left Thigh: 23.5"

    Goals:
    1. lose 2lbs a week (165 end of March, 140 end of June)
    2. workout 5-6 times a week (get fit with Mel B on the ps3 move, assorted workout dvds, walking)
    3. Make better food choices
    4. drink more water

    to keep going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and burn 800 calories each time i am there by using the Elliptical Trainer
    and doing Abdominal Crunches.

    Happy New Year everyone! I can's wait to see what this year holds for all of us!

    So I'm up from my lowest weigh in! CW 208.9 as of this morning! :sad:

    My measurements:
    Neck 13.5
    Upper Arm 13.5
    Chest 44
    Waist 43
    Hips 46
    Upper Leg 25

    My goals are:
    1. I will do some form of exercise ever day for at least 45 minutes- rebounder, elliptical, dancing, walking or exercise DVDs.
    2. I will drink at least 8 cups of water a day.

    Goals for Today:

    1. Drink at 8 glasses of water today:drinker:
    2. To not go over my carb level
    3. Do some Wii (in place jogging for 20 minutes) , every day and Kettlebell exercises at least 3 times a week.

    Lastly to stay focused, and finish the RACE I've started for myself.

    Everyone seems to be ready to go and are in good spirits, and that is just what we need to fight this battle. MY MOTTO: I Can....and, I Will Succeed!

    Wii Fit Plus
    Zumba for Wii

    30 DS every day, rotating Wii games three times a week.

    Also-WATER INTAKE! I have to work on this!

    3 days step aerobics for cardio

    Additional workouts as time permits:
    Latin Heat class
    Wii workouts
    Video workouts

    My SW is: 156
    My GW is 130

    My Exercise goals:

    Cardio: 5-6 times a week for 30 minutes to 1 hour on treadmill, bike or elliptical
    Weight machines: 3 a week doing upper body, legs and abs work

    My Food goals:

    Drink more water.
    Eat out less and when I do make better choices.
    More fruits/veggies each day.
    Whole grains.
    Low fat meats.
    Also try to watch my sodium intake.
