    Starting weight is 179.5. I plan on using the treadmill 3 times a week doing couch to 5K. The others days I will strength train and start using the gym at work once I learn the machines. :)

    Well, first day of the year, and what did my scales say when I stept on it this morning? "Lo", ie, "change the battery". Given I don't expect I'll be able to find any of these large button batteries on New Year's Day, I'll have to go with the weight of 2 days ago. Which is slightly cheating as I was quite pre-menstrual then, more than today:

    198 lbs

    Exercise goals:
    - 2-3 times strength training
    - 1-2 times cardio outside with my new trail running shoes
    - 3-4 times treadmill, rowing or elliptical
    - try 1 new class

    Happy New Year everyone! Here's to a slimmer, fitter and healthier 2011!

    Exercise plan for this week is to get to the gym I joined months ago and hardly went to! Really want to get a regular exercise plan sorted too so that will also be my exercise goal this week.

    Well here we go lets get this challenge off to a good start.

    Start Weight.......205.2lbs Goal Weight.......160 lbs

    My exercise goal is to get 250-300 min of exercise a week.
    This will include 2 hour long Zumba classes...120 min
    I will be mixing up the rest of my time between p90x, insanity, turbo fire, treadmill and walking the dog.

    Lets get moving.:happy:

    EXERCISE GOALS : 1.) DVD Cardio 5 to 6 x a week, 40 to 60 minutes (power walks)
    2.) Treadmil 3 days a week, 2.5 to 3.0 incline ; 3.1 to 3.2 speed
    3.) Tennis once a month, hopefully twice If I get the chance
    4.) Outside Walking / Little Jog :bigsmile: Once A week

    Plan this week is a little crazy because we are away part of it, but this AM I did the elyptical and a little yoga stretch. Tomorrow and Monday we will be playing all day at an indoor water park. Starting Tuesday it will be 45 min of Kinect "Your Shape" 3-4 days a week, 3 days a week "Fitness Frenzy" at the Y, and a day of Yoga on Saturdays when I can make the class.

    My starting weight is 240. My exercise goal is to workout three days a week for an hour . I will go walking and to the gym.
    I want to be under 200 lbs by June.
    I want to be a healthier me!

    So excited abuot this!!! Starting weight 229 lbs. My excercise goals are to actually use the couple of cardio dvds I have at the house, take the steps at work, walk, walk, walk, stretches (for my back that I should be doing anyways) and glider. I plan to do some kind of excercise 5-7 days a week alternating between the different types to keep from getting bored!!!

    Exercise goals:
    Strenth-training with PT 2x per week (35-45 mins. I don't count the calories burned for this.)
    Cardio - at least 300 mins per week. 5x 60 mins or make up extra on weekend if needed.
    *Running outside if weather permits
    *Treadmill - walking program with intervals
    *Spin class at gym

    Better days ahead, right!! I have the Goal Weight of 190 but then could go lower when I get there :) Notice I didnt say IF I said WHEN...... :happy:

    2. workout 5-6 times a week (get fit with Mel B on the ps3 move, assorted workout dvds, walking)
    3. Make better food choices
    4. drink more water

    to keep going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and burn 800 calories each time i am there by using the Elliptical Trainer
    and doing Abdominal Crunches.

    So I'm up from my lowest weigh in! CW 208.9 as of this morning! :sad:

    My goals are:
    1. I will do some form of exercise ever day for at least 45 minutes- rebounder, elliptical, dancing, walking or exercise DVDs.
    2. I will drink at least 8 cups of water a day.

    Lastly to stay focused, and finish the RACE I've started for myself.

    Everyone seems to be ready to go and are in good spirits, and that is just what we need to fight this battle. MY MOTTO: I Can....and, I Will Succeed!
