    Happy New Year!!!! And congratulations to everyone for deciding to make our lives healthier and happier!!

    My starting weight is 237.5. This is up some for me because of an injury that sidelined me for most of December. I will be getting some cardio 6 days a week 30 minutes per day. This will be mostly on the treadmill and I'm looking into some videos and some games for the WII to keep me from getting bored. I'll be increasing my time by 10% every week. I actually hurt myself by trying to do too much too quickly and had to take some time off which has really sucked!!! So this time I'm increasing in small amounts (last time went from doing nothing to doing 30 minutes 6 days a week. Within a week moved up to an hour. A week after that started C25K running program in addition to the 60 minutes walking. Hurt a tendon in my foot and wasn't allowed to do anything for a while). And strength training 3 days a week.

    Other goals this week:
    8 glasses of water EVERY day
    more fruits and veggies
    track all calories every day
    remember that I love and will always take care of my family but I deserve to take care of me too!!!!

    Starting Weight 183.

    Goals for this week is to workout at least 60 minutes 5 days this week. I will either go to the gym and get on the treadmill, P90X cardio, or Wii Micheal Jackson Experience, or Just Dance. I just need to move for 60 minutes 5 days a week. Also, drink 8 glasses of water every day.

    Hi, I've only recently joined this site but decided to really get going in earnest this year.
    SW is 198lbs
    GW is 133lbs by the end of the year
    Exercise 3 times a week, hill walking once a week, step aerobics once a week & cross trainer for 30 mins once a week.
    I would like to build on this exercise but as I am getting over a hill injury I am going to take it steady and gradually build up so that I can keep going,,,

    Finally here!! Starting weight today is 160, my goal is to be down 40lbs by June 1!!!

    My exercise goal is:
    Leslie Sansone 2mile DVD 3x week
    Leslie Sansone 4 mile DVD 2x week
    Jillian Michaels 30 Day shred 2x a week


    This is just a start for me, hopefully I can stick to this as planned

    I plan to walk on the treadmill 5 times a week for 60 minutes, and I'll develop a routein to target certain areas of my body (arms,back, abs,etc).

    My starting weight is 187 =(

    I plan to try and get in 30 minutes of cardio a day no matter what, and I would also like to take classes at the gym. I really just need to stop making excuses (like I did in 2010) and get to the gym as much as I can! lol

    Starting weight-214.8 lbs
    Workout routien- Jillian Michaels 30 day shred 20 minutes for 6 days, rest 1 day. I also have the sketchers shape ups that I wear to work everyday and they are amazing.
    My goal is to be under 200 lbs by February 1st. I have never been under 200 lbs in my adult life.

    I was thinking about getting the Just Dance. Could you tell me how you like it and if its worth spending the money on?

    Yes We have Just Dance 1 and 2 and like them both! Good workout and good laughs if you are doing it with others.

    Neck: 13.5 in
    Bust: 41 in
    Waist: 37 in
    Hips: 43 in
    Right arm: 12 in
    Right thigh: 24.5 in

    GW: 160 lb

    Food goals: 2 or more servings of vegetables a day, 6-8 glasses of water a day
    Exercise goals: 30 min activity at least 3 times a week (elliptical, jogging, FitTV videos)

    I definitely don't like my before pictures...so let's get going :)

    Fitness Goals: Gym for strength training Mon, Wed, Fri
    Walk and Yoga EVERY day! ~~~Stretching will be my friend...haha.
    Dancing with the kids on Wii Tues, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday

    I can not wait to see some results...I could kick myself for gaining this last 30 pounds again but it is a new year! The time is NOW! :o)

    Exercise goals are to do at least 3 to 4 times a week (more on most weeks) for at least 30 to 45 minutes.
