Ok, my friends.... I weighed in this morning and I gain 5 pounds this last week. I was on vacation with my hubby celebrating my 20th Anniversary in San Diego. We had a wonderful week, but my gain is higher than I expected. But eating out all week will do that, then I got my period also so that does not help the scale. I got my water in all week and took a walk on the beach every day, then I walked all over pushing my hubby in his wheelchair, so I felt pretty good about my exercise. I allowed myself to enjoy my week, but now I have to get my calories on track, I know it will be a tough week ahead. Good luck to you all this week!!!

Pushing harder this week!

Hey all! I stayed the same last week and am still at 164.5. Hoping to lose more this week. Actually just bought hip hop abs so hopefully it will be a good program for me. I will let you know! Have a good week!
