I basically hated exercise at all until I found Zumba which is the only form of exercise that I have consistently stayed with for more than a season. I have seen some awesomely toned stomachs from ladies that have only participated in Zumba.

My problem was not being accountable when I over did my food intake. I had a scrapbook weekend and ate more than my fair share. Once I start eating it is hard to stop. Anyone feel free to add me. I do best with lots of support which is something I do not have a lot with my family and friends. I am starting again to work on what I gained back. I lost 40 before so 30 is more than possible. I know we all can do this!!! Happy new year filled with many possibilities!!!

220 in 2007. I gained some of it back and my current high is 180. I am going to get back to 150.

I am continuing my journey and have 30 more to go. I am going back to eating healthy, making better choices, and exercising up to 5 times per week. I will add in walking on my off class days.
