My favorite is dasani in the can (which mimicks the sound of opening a coke) and deer park water carbonated in either orange or watermelon. Really good!

tonight I got a bagged ceasar salad, grilled and ready chicken strips- 3-5 minutes and then wrapped chicken and the salad stuff (no croutons) in a low carb wrap. Not sure how healthy but it is quick.

yes! I love that thing. Used it years ago, but no longer with me. So easy to just sit and ab roll during commercial breaks, etc.

I think I am the tallest of all the shorties! I am 5'4 depending on what shoes I have on, 34 years old, Starting weight was 138, Goal weight is 120ish... And I'm pear shaped! UGH!!! Add me!

I drink Wyler's lemonade, which to me is better than crystal light. You can get it at the dollar tree or any dollar store. 5 calories and $1. So much cheaper than crystal light. Good luck!

I walk at 4.1 and run at 4.7. Sometimes in the end if I run slower it is harder. Seems like it is easier to run at 4.8ish....Good luck. I am on week 4 thinking I may have to repeat.

This really inspires me. I am on week 4 starting tomorrow. I have always hated running, but I want to like it. I want to be a person like you. These are some of the same questions I have been looking for answers for so if you have any more pointers I would love to hear it!

Just want to say I was so scared of running on the treadmill that I did 1 mile on the elliptical first and then walked "briskly" for 20 minutes. just to procrastinate! I was just so scared to start running, but when I finally did it was great!! I hope I can keep up with you all! Looking forward to week 2!

OMG I am scared to go that way now!!! Im already a food junkie- fries/pizza/cookies/junk. I guess I thought all vegan/vegetarians were just super healthy. Never thought of it that way!

I want to be a person that wants to stop eating meat. What do you eat for lunch/dinner? It seems so hard! I don't think I could eat a salad every meal. Seems real hard in this world to not eat meat. I guess you have to train your mind as to what you can have??
