I'm having trouble coming up with a good chicken recipe for tonight. Does anyone have something quick and easy that they recommend?

    That does sound good. I have everything but asparagus. But I do have broccoli so I can use that. Thanks!

    I'm not sure if this is along the lines of what you're looking for, but it's very good. It's called Grape Nuts Honey Chicken. I can't find the exact recipe I use online, but I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Flatten the chicken to desired thickness. Brush some mayo on them...1 to 2 tablespoons per chicken breast depending on how large they are...and put them in a small casserole dish. Once coated with mayo, sprinkle pepper over the top. Then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Grape Nuts and 1 tablespoon of honey over each chicken breast. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done.
