Ab roller

I'm thinking of getting an Ab roller to stabilize and strengthen my core. Is the Ab roller a good product? Does it work well?

    yes! I love that thing. Used it years ago, but no longer with me. So easy to just sit and ab roll during commercial breaks, etc.

    i just used one for the first time today and yes, it works very nicely. you feel your whole core contract as you roll down to stabilize yourself
