I'm having trouble coming up with a good chicken recipe for tonight. Does anyone have something quick and easy that they recommend?

I'm not sure if this is along the lines of what you're looking for, but it's very good. It's called Grape Nuts Honey Chicken. I can't find the exact recipe I use online, but I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Flatten the chicken to desired thickness. Brush some mayo on them...1 to 2 tablespoons per chicken breast depending on how large they are...and put them in a small casserole dish. Once coated with mayo, sprinkle pepper over the top. Then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Grape Nuts and 1 tablespoon of honey over each chicken breast. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done.0
