OP, you need help beyond what strangers on the Internet can feasibly provide. Please speak with your doctor, and a therapist. The healing you seek cannot be obtained by losing more weight.

Neither. A rowing machine offers a better calorie burn.

Is that a typo? 1540 seems low. What do you have your activity level set at?

Anything you were doing before prgnancy you can safely do after pregnancy (modified as needed). Just pretend you're back at square one and start your regimen. Get your doctor's advice or input regarding intensity.

Change your lifting regimen to three days a week. I think you'll be more satisfied with the results.

How much weight is the leg press before you add additional weight to it?

If you are going to do kettlebells you need to master proper form to avoid injury. Google Pavel Tsatsouline for a start. Next you need someone to teach you proper form. I suggest you engage the services of someone with rkc certification. Otherwise do the at home version of strong curves.

Strong Curves has a bodyweight exercises option for those who lack a gym membership. If you are a member, do Strong Curves, New Rules of Lifting for Women, or Strong lifts 5x5.

Check out Strong Curves or the New Rules of Lifting for Women at Amazon ot your local library.
