Awesome pictures. I was beginning to think that this thread was dead. It is what inspired me to start lifting. I just started lifting the beginning of March. I have noticed I am shrinking and not getting bulky. I will post pictures at the end of May. I am having trouble eating clean. I am also having trouble with increasing weight on lifts and have had to deload a few times. Keep posting if you are still lifting and making progress. The pictures of progress are very inspirational for us nubees.0

Pic on the left- Cardio Queen
Pic on the right- Lifting weights
Still not where I want to be, but I'm down back rolls, so who's complaining?!2 -
Simply beautiful!! Totally inspiring. I can't wait to start lifting. (Can't just yet as I am about 5 weeks away from birthing my son. ;-)0

This is one of my favourite threads. Loving all the pics, it's helping to keep me motivated. I haven't progressed much with my weights but I am going to keep trying!!0

You look great. People who say, "I won't weight train because I don't want to get bulky" have no idea of the huge weights and reps you have to do in order to get that big. People who are professional body builders spend years training to get that big. Weight training is great exercise. Ill health has meant it's not for me at the moment, but if you are someone who doesn't like cardio and isn't coordinated enough for Zumba type stuff, it's ideal.1

Wow, you look great!
I am so impressed with the way lifting tightens up the body but particularly the tummy area. Really hoping I see some sort of improvement too.

I was totally afraid of bulking when I started lifting a few months ago. The reality it I am actually slightly larger in measurements but I look smaller and clothes fit better.
