It's pretty much just for logging stuff in. No forums/message boards or anything. I use it more than I do the website though.

I should mention that the MFP numbers were closer when I did these calculations for myself.

Somebody linked this once when I had a question about my stationary bike. http://prevention.sph.sc.edu/tools/docs/documents_compendium.pdf Find your exercise. Multiply the METS number by your weight in kilograms. The total is how many calories/hour you burn. So example- it looks like you were averaging 10-13.9 mph. The…

Masochist. You shouldn't curb your appetite by killing your tastebuds. Try a large glass of water before meals instead.

I've actually always wanted to try bear. Not like I'm ever going to go to a place where they can exact their revenge, besides a zoo. But whatever alcohol you drink has to be burned before going back to burning calories, be it fat or whatever is in your gut. Beware, but enjoy. Cheers.

It looks like moderate is right for me. That's cool/ A few extra hundred calories knocked off per week than expected. Thanks!

A leatherman/multi-tool would be boss. I use my mini one everywhere.

I was only 16 months old. The challenger explosion was my generations giant tragedy.

I always go to Sam's Club and buy those huge bags of boneless/skinless chicken breasts. I boil up the breast with a little chicken broth all at once. Then I throw them in individual ziplock bags so I can put them in the freezer or just microwave them for lunch. Don't forget the Franks Red Hot.

I have a pair of Free Run+. I wear them all the time. They're super light, they weigh less than my mike sandals. The soles are like foam rubber, but they hold up really well. And the upper is like a thick sock, it helps your feet breathe. The only really bad thing is that tiny pebbles always get stuck in the soles and you…

A guy in my town had his ear bitten off, off his farking head, by his horse. He was feeding the thing and it just leaned over the stall door and chomped at it. That's why I hate horses. You can train them to do pretty amazing things, but they're still skittish as heck and will not hesitate to kick you in the gut. Stupid…

So ripped is DEFCON 3 Shredded is DEFCON 2 DEFCON 1 would be "the situation"

Thanks for the info. I got it squeezed in my basement and worked on it for about 15 mins before I had to sit for a few to cool off. It's pretty cool.

You actually might want to consider using heat on your knee instead of ice also. Ice is used to keep injuries from swelling. Heat will actually open up the blood vessels and relax the muscles.
-
I've been taking fish oil for my knee that used to feel like it was grinding. Plus it's supposedly good for your heart and nervous system.
-
You look completely different and younger.

When I was an EMT the normal limits were 90-120 for systolic (top #), and 60-90 for diastolic (bottom #)

I haven't used mine in forever either. Mostly because my niece jumped on it and it made a giant "SPROING!" noise and is off like 40 pounds. But I know I'm still losing weight because I'm tracking all my calories and I keep on having to wear smaller pants. I have to give a lot of credit of my weight loss to this site and…

Eh, at least it was all good whole food stuff and not fast food. Now I want some mashed taters.

Those core muscle building shoes are a sham. The only way they can increase muscle mass if because they're downright heavy because the soles are so thick. I like the Nike Free series because they're super light, I have a pair of sandals that weight more. Plus they're easy to clean, they let your feel breathe and stay cool,…

There's also a video on Hulu about aspartame/equal called Sweet Misery if you want to make a more informed decision.

You can try a soap with salycic acid in it. It's generally not as strong as benzoyl peroxide (what they use in proactive), but you can try that too.
-
You can buy potassium salt at the drug store to replace your regular shake on salt, but don't be to too excessive, it's a very small equilibrium you're body is trying to maintain (just a few grams a day). I personally wouldn't worry about it unless your getting cramps or any other symptoms of low K.

There's a video on hulu called "sweet misery" that talks about how bad aspartame/equal (which is in everything diet) may be for a persons nervous system and how it may increase brain cancer. They try to break down the science of it, but it isn't produced too well. Personally, since I've stopped drinking the additive I…

Does your machine figure in weight? If not this site might be more accurate. A heavier person burns more calories than a smaller person doing the same exercise. You owners manual may have a formula or table to tell you how much you're really burning. My bike says I only burn 300 calories every hour no matter who uses it.…
