I go to the same gym dam near everyday. It has gotten to the point that they all know me by name. Im "that dude that hogs the stairmaster & sweats a gallon on it." I love that name. Today the manager asked me about my weight loss and says he has never seen someone so devoted to getting healthy/in shape and is amazed at my progress. I then decided to look back on my progress over the last few years and thought maybe is the time to share them.

These images humble me.

300 lbs. 2005/6 I never kept track and hated to have pics taken of me cause of how overweight I was(50% bodyfat)
