you can add me if you want I'm 24 and going to school too but my major is elementary education so I know it can be hard and stressful to try and manage when school is getting to a stressful point but I will be willing to give you motivation.

at my gym my trainer cost me $180 per month for 4 sessions my personal trainer its about $45 a session, but mine will sometimes give me a free session if it was either an off night or if he has to reschedule for any reason.

I started at 340 and as of now I'm down to 318 what helps me is I set 10lbs goal for each month and so far it has been really helpful. Just set small reachable goals for yourself and once you reach them reward yourself. I have some pics on my profile. Good luck to you.

It is a lot of fun and I love it. Don't get discourage at your first class if you have a hard time following the moves of the instructor. Just keep moving and have fun with. The more you go the easier it will get.

I love my Shape Ups too, but I tried doing zumba in them and hurt my ankle. In my opinion they are great shoes for walking and they are comfy.

I have to loose about that much too. I only want to have surgeries that are necessary. My mother tells me that by working out it will tone my skin so I won't have excess skin. I just wondered if it was true.

Well yesterday was rough I ended up pulling a muscle in my back last night and the dr in the er told me not to workout for few days so what has me smiling today is I'm not in as much pain today as I was last night. My goal this week is to get 10 hours of working out in. Also go one full week getting 64oz of water everyday. I'm hoping to get these last 9 pounds lost before Halloween!

This week was a rough week with everything I had going on from being in a car for 6 hours both Monday and Tuesday. Didn't get in my workouts either. I'm 5'4. I have a ways to go from my starting weight but with the size of my bone frame being a large frame I wanna be around 150-155. My overall goal is just be able to wear a size 10-12 jeans.

I saw this on status shuffle on facebook and feel like this is a good quote to help remind me not to get discourage and all this hard work will pay off. Today is a gift, appreciate it. I'm lil over 300 at 5'4 and first time I did it I was only able to last 15 min but I just keep getting on it and now I can last an hour or more. So just keep getting on it. It gets easier the more you get on it.

I'm still in it. Just been a stressful week this past week with school. Made some bad choices with my eating. I'm gonna make sure my eating choice are good this week. I'm also wanting to step up my workouts this week and make my workouts twice as better this week than they have been.
