Thanks April, when I started my weight loss I lost 50lbs really quick and then after little plateau I was able to get 20 lbs more down but since then I began to plateau and since then I have gained back 30 of it so I just been thinking is it something I should consider.

Well the instructor of the crossfit is my former personal trainer. I worked with him for 8 months, and he left the gym I attend to open his own crossfit gym. My main source of working out is zumba but I'm wanting to add something to change things up some.

I do have a personal trainer at my gym I plan on keeping it just until I'm under 200 lbs I feel that it was worth it to me cause i have learned a lot and he made me do things I wouldn't do myself. Amazing job!!! I love zumba too! Congrats on becoming an instructor once I reach a weight that I feel good about myself I will become a zumba instructor. You definitely are inspiring!

I been doing zumba since September 2012 and I seeing a difference about a month into it. I'm also working out with a personal trainer at my gym. But my main work out is zumba I go anywhere from 5-10 zumba classes a week plus I do it on my wii. I actually plan to become a zumba instructor once I reach my weight goal.

I think it's ok I had lost that much in my first 3 weeks of my weight loss journey and my personal trainer told me it is normal.

I haven't lost 100 yet but I'm half way there. I take advantage of the fitness classes at my gym to keep me interested. I take zumba, body pump, body attack, and body combat. I'm hoping to successfully get through a spin class soon.

Since my gym is closed :sad: I will be working out on my Wii :happy:. I will do my daily body test on my Wii Fit Plus and then play some of my Zumba 2 game to complete a full hour of workout.
