You've received some good advice here! Don't worry about blowing induction, Ketostix, etc. Just count your carbs and the pounds lost! Life is stressful enough as it.

I am going to continue with what's worked so far. Low carb eating and workout 5-6 x week. I alternate Chalene's Turbo Jam with 45 minute walks for my workouts.

Never EVER weigh in after exercise! You muscles are pumped and full of fluids....and that's always worth a couple of pounds. As someone else said, its best to weight yourself after 8 hrs of sleep, after you urinate and before you swallow anything!

the first couple of days on Induction, my energy level was pretty low and it was difficult to get thru my workouts. But when my body started using fat for energy, things got a lot better. Just make sure your fat intake is high. That's what your body burns instead of carbs for energy.

I am winding up my 3rd week of low carb eatting. The key to succeeding in this is VARIETY!
