July 8th 160 and today July 11th I'm up 3#. I don't get this, I'm going in the opposite direction. This is so frustrating. The older I get (now going through menopause at 52) the harder this gets. I maintained 140 for 3 years and then BOOM! Up it goes for no reason. Gotta get to the bottom of the "reason"!!!0 -
Hopping on to this to keep me motivated - better late than never yes? I lost about 40 pounds then regained about 15 so I am really irked and unsure what happened. Pre-menopausal perhaps...

NOTE: What can I say, I'm an emotional eater and a very social bunny lately and have had a hard time saying no to food and have cut back on exercise. There seems to be so much stress going on in my life right now that good food and exercise have taken a little bit of a back seat. Don't get me wrong I'm mostly still eating healthy and I do get up and move. I just eating more and only doing light exercises. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things it's just so hard to find a balance right now. I hope next week I will be down and have been trying to eat less.0 -

I actually only weigh in once a month as i find weekly fluctuations can make me feel bad, so i weigh in the 4th of each month.
249.8 was my weight on 4th july

I am on holiday from 21st july to 4th aug - taking my bike on holiday and will be climbing a mountain mid hols for my 40th birthday too, so lets hope i make my 5lbs goal this month0 -
