    Not a good Saturday morning. However by Sunday Morning, I had lost the two pounds gained, so hopefully that was just water weight and will reflect better next week. So now my goal is 7 pounds to go. Not a good start.

    I know I'm a little late but better to be late than not show up at all, right? I will post my goals and weight a little later. I hopped on the scale just now and my weight is skyrocketing up. I am not happy with this and could make a ton of excuses but its time to just do something about it.

    This sucks big time! No loss to speak of.

    I just started doing 30DS and I'm quite sore also my fingers are bloated. Guess I'm retaining water?
    Well that's the story I stick to. Hopefully next weig in is better.

    Also I'm using my own scale, and it doesn't weigh the same as my cunsultants.

    Changed my numbers back to kg. Less confusing for me ;)

    Right now I have not been so good about my diet so I have a feeling that when I weigh in on Thursday my weight will be up. This is one reason I am doing this, that and small goal are more attainable for me.
