    I started my weight journey a year ago this Friday. I started at 250 and currently have 15 more lbs to go until I reach my goal of 150.

    I last weighed this when I was in grade 6, and haven't been "Healthy" BMI in so long.
    I just want ya'll to know... that THIS IS WORTH IT.... YOU ARE WORTH.
