High Protein diet needed

hey looking for a high protein diet, or Best diet plan you have used in conujusction with excericise?

    MFP is not really a "diet plan" kind of place.

    chicken
    steak
    fish
    turkey
    whey protein
    some nuts, dairy and beans

    All good sources of protein, fit more of these into your calorie allowance and you will be making a good start.

    yeah diet plan was prob the wrong words to use, but ive been told to get into a high protien diet, but im scared ill put on weight!

    you cannot put on weight unless you eat too many total calories, regardless of how much protein you eat

    If you are going to increase protein intake...then you would reduce carb and fat intake accordingly.

    You will only gain weight if you were to consume more than your TDEE.

    Your TDEE is how many calories you burn every day (total daily energy expenditure). There are lots of calculators for it online! Eat less than that and you should be fine.

    I too am looking for more protein in my diet... greek yogurt is helping a lot so far.

    add a protein shake, egg whites, lean turkey. string cheese:)

    eggs, cheese, meat, quinoa (instead of rice or pasta...still carbs, but has protein too)

    greek yogurt is really good. I use it instead of sour cream. Get plain and add seasoning to it (fruit, cinnamon, etc)
