accuate calorie counts and idea of resting heart rate/fitness level

I started it yesterday! I love the foods on the diet, but that is just me. The easiest way I've thought of for the protein is making a big frittata and microwaving it in the AM.

I got a magic bullet for Xmas so I put in a scoop of chocolate protein powder, half a banana, some almond milk, a table spoon of peanut butter and ice. SO DELICIOUS and it kept me completely full for 4.5 hours.

I can understand that feeling. I have no children, but am considering it. But now you have the tools! If it is what you want, don't let fear of weight gain hold you back.

I would say try to work out that morning so that you have some extra calories and just try to be really good leading up to the weekend. You can't avoid social situations in total and it sounds like you have a good plan for the day of. Have fun and just get back to your good routines on Sunday.
