    I have this just about every day at work with the exception of the sausage patty. Sometimes I add a cup of coffee with sugar free creamer and that adds another 32 calories.

    I got a magic bullet for Xmas so I put in a scoop of chocolate protein powder, half a banana, some almond milk, a table spoon of peanut butter and ice. SO DELICIOUS and it kept me completely full for 4.5 hours.

    I had a light vanilla yogurt with 1/4 cup of granola cereal and apple slices- a switch up from my normal oatmeal mixed with a smashed banana and honey (my fave)
