Going slow is better than sitting on the couch. Yesterday I got lapped by someone walking. However in my defense, he was really tall and had long strides.

I think it's a result of consistency. Like some times you will plateau but the results will definitely catch up with you when you least expect it and you will be like whoa 4lbs ...lol At least that's what happened to me YESTERDAYYYYY *in my Oprah voice*

I tend to stay or gain when I have had a high sodium couple of days. Sometimes it's not about the calories or exercise.

Fit into some junior size jeans. Fitting into jeans without elastic in the waist. Fitting into pre-pregnancy clothes I haven't thrown away since 2007 and 2008. My next goal is to fit into pre-pregnancy clothes of 2004.

Wow how about outside exercise is not ideal for everyone. If being in a dark garage gets someone moving, then it's "actual" work. :wink:

I get my program from Bodybuilding.com, It's free and it's easier to narrow friends down to my height and weight. I love MFP too but bodybuilding.com really improved my strength training results.

Check the sodium intake. Sometimes when I go over in calories, I go over in sodium also which can cause a headache in the morning. especially if you have had prior blood pressure issues.

I did it, and believe it or not...I started to dream more vividly at night. Not scary dreams but just dreams...lol Oh and I lost weight.

I ate a footlong sub for breakfast yesterday and had the best lifting day ever!! I was so shocked, I was literally the incredible hulkette, all thanks to extra bacon on my sub. So yes eat more if your body is telling you.
