Judanjos, I'm a Beachbody Coach and P90Xer. I love the program and you get great results if you stick to the plan. I have two customers right now that are doing it. One women started at 300 lbs and the other man started at 295 lbs. They are both loving it and have lost 25 and 20 pounds so far. They are about 2/3 of the way…

Wilkin777, Plateaus do happen and they are very frustrating and discouraging. Hang in there. I'd recommend two thinks. One change up your workout routine. Your body gets used to what you are doing and doesn't have to work as hard. So totally change it up. I do P90X workout. It's great because the workouts are different…

Whatever you do, don't give up. Switch up your exercise. Your body gets used to what you are doing and doesn't work as hard. I love a workout like P90X because the program has a different workout every day, then every few weeks they switch it up. Easy to follow and an all around workout (weights, cardio, yoga). I just love…

I agree, 40 is when it hits. My husband and I both experienced it and had to get more serious about exercise and nutrition. I can honestly say now at 45 years old, I am in the best shape of my life. I have really worked hard and I love it! The exercise makes me feel great, would never want to have to give it up. The food…

Tuna with mustard, relish, onions, and lemon juice. No bread, just eat it out of a cup. I also like Trader Joe's drumbeats (not sure if I have the right name) Also a big salad with almonds, chicken and no fat vinegeret dressing.

I drink Shakeology (all natural) once a day. Either for lunch or breakfast. It is $4 a serving, but I pay more for my kids hot lunches, so I can justify one serving a day.

I'm 5' 3" and my goal is 115 lbs. I'm 45 years old and I do lift weights (Beachbody's P90X and P90X2 programs). I got stuck at a plateau for awhile and then added Shakeolgy to my diet. Now I'm just about to my goal... yippee! I can help you if you want.

Green apple and about 15 raw almonds Non fat greek yogurt (one of my favorites) Chocolate Shakeology (only 140 calories and 18 g protein) Cottage cheese Hummus and celery/carrots Banana with 1 T of peanut butter Low fat mozzarella cheese Can you tell I like my snacks :) The key is to have some protein at each meal,…

Anyone feel free to add me too, kstrable. MFP is a great way to track food intake!!!

I heard it wasn't too healthy. I've done a Shakeology cleanse -- all natural shake plus food.

I'm 5' 3.5" and never have ever been below 116. As I age, I find it even harder and harder to fight the pounds. So maybe 116 would be an ultimate goal for me.

I only gained 2.5 pounds. Got rid of one already doing a 1 day Shakeology cleanse and brining it on with my new P90X2 workout program! Feels great to get back to healthy eating and hard workouts.

Whey protein? It's lean and you can get it in a lot of the protein drinks. My personal favorite is chocolate shakeology.

You need to do it for your kids. I know several people that have over come conditions like yours. I'm going to friend you and tell you more about them.

Don't be afraid of P90X. It is a great program. One of my friends didn't want to do it but she got her husband to do it. Now she doing it along with him and having great success. I've got a small P90X Challenge group starting the first week of January, want to join us? Kathryn

Shakeology will help with the body fat. I do P90X and after doing it for awhile I added the Shakeology and then I lost 3% of body fat and a few more pounds over 2 months.

I'm starting up a P90X vitural accountability group the first of January. Anyone up for the challenge with me? We can get through it together. Let me know.

Peanut Butter! Now I mix it with my chocolate protein shake so I still get a little bit of peanut butter, but lots of healthy nutrition too.

Because I always been good about exercising (I actually like it), for me tracking my food and cutting out sweets. I had a sweet tooth and that was my downfall. A friend turned me onto a super healthy all natural choclate shake that curbed my sweet tooth and helped me lose weight.

I love weight lifting. It really helps keep your body burning more calories all day long. Use lighter weights and more repetitions so you don't buld up.
-
Try a super healthy nutritional shake. I dirnk mine every afternoon. Really helps put all the good nutrional vitamins, minerals, antioxidents, prebiotics, etc into you. Message me if you want more info.

Workout more and limit the cookies. I will even throw some out after awhile so we don't eat them all.

Wow you are an inpiration. You should keep sharing your story. You can totally motivate others to get healthy and fit. You will have it all!

OMG, I'm asking for a new blender for Christmas. I was thinking of the Ninja Blender (not the one that is a food processor too). What do people think of the Ninja Blender? I want a good blender that will really crush ice. My current one leaves big chunks of ice.

I use Shaekology because it's not only a protein drink (18 grams of protein), but it's full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidents, and probiotics. You you get a lot for your money.
