    Because building big body builder muscles is so easy, I mean look around... everyone has muscles like them!

    All you gotta do is Tae Bo and Cardio Sculpt, and you'll avoid those horrible looking arms.

    I love weight lifting. It really helps keep your body burning more calories all day long. Use lighter weights and more repetitions so you don't buld up.
