I use to drink double double for years and then about 2.5 yrs ago I cut it all out and went straight black no sugar. It took me about 2 days to really get use to it but now I cant stand when there is anything in my coffee at all... not even a shot of Bailey's!! :)

Hun... everyone is sore in some way when starting Insanity or any other workout for that matter if they are not use to it. You are moving and using parts that don't normal move that way. I been wanting to restart again... the support will be very helpful! I usually like doing Monday starts but I will start Saturday if that's what you're doing?! If you're up to it we can sorta do a competition sort of thing... what do ya say?? Just so you know I do follow the recommended calorie intake... not no 1200cals.

I find eggs pretty easy and quick in the morning. Not too long ago I purchased a microwaveable egg poacher. All you do is crack open the egg into it and nuke it for one minute. I personally put shredded mozz on it, but of course you can season however you wish.

Um.... water gets logged as water! Anything else should be logged as what it is! So if you have a rum and coke and mixed together it's 8oz then log it as how much rum you used and how much coke you used. You cant count it as water intake!

Chocolate is soooo my weakness! i do dark chocolate or the 3-2-1 cake . You can search it on here someone posted what to do... i mixed my angel food cake mix with swiss chocolate cake mix... it helps curb my craving and it only takes a minute in the microwave :)

I have 2... Oatmeal with 2 poached eggs and a banana; and cottage cheese with vanilla yogurt, banana/strawberries with peanut butter granola... yummy!

MFP sets your calorie intake at 1200 NET calories... NET!!! If you look on your home page it shows you your goal, food, exercise, and net. As long as your net is at 1200 calories then you're fine. I had the same problem when i first started buying the baby spinach, I could never eat all of it before it went bad. Now I, not only use it in salads, but I throw it into my shakes as well. Trust me it doesnt taste as bad as you may think!

I prepare everything in the morning and I make sure all my meals are divided, measured and weighed... then i log it when im done that way I dont have to worry about logging later but i can always remove anything i dont eat. If i have something after work i log it then. Weekends are the only time i log as i eat.

Totally second this... lol i use to be chronic with fb but since mfp i am constantly on here! So many great people and help tips it's kind of addicting :) I find FB boring now.

I did about 2.5 weeks of P90X. the only problems i had with it was all the equipment needed and the length of the videos. I love insanity ... no equipment just you! And it's only about 45 minutes to an hour long. It's totally about preference.

I do mine around 10am... i always have breakfast at about 7:30/8:00. i need the fuel to get through it cause i cant get through the workout on an empty stomach.

I have had mine for a few months now and im totally addicted! I dont go anywhere without if... on the couple days i did forget to put it on i felt naked without it :) i like challenging myself to do more steps everyday ... love it!

exactly what i do! :) i have even been asked to make meal plan booklets specialized for specific people. I have done so many i should start charging for them lol then i tell them the only way it'll work though is if they actually put in the effort... it doesnt happen over night ... hard work really does pay off!
