One of the first things I do in the morning is down a bottle of water....I read some where that it helps re-hydrate the body after sleep, not sure if it really works or its just in my mind but it works for me in the morning

You said it yourself you are 100% dedicated. One set-back does not define you or your dedication.....keep looking forward towards your goal. There will be some "bad" days but as long as the good ones outweigh the bad your still moving ahead toward your goal.

Dude you can do it! I played sports most of my life and can so relate to your post. Today was the best fitness day I've had in years and it took me back to my sports days and doing warm-ups and drills. I forgot how good it felt to be active. You got this!
