    I have a party with my son's boy scout group - I am a little annoyed that 9/10 of the women's costumes cover less than your average bikini

    Yeah most women's costumes are SO expensive...I mean you only get like 5 inches of fabric to cover your butt and 3in to cover your boobs...RIDICULOUS!

    That's why I'm going to put together my own costume. :)

    I remember last year (or maybe the year before) one of my friends on FB was complaining about women's costumes... that as someone my age (late 30s) the most RESPECTABLE costume she could find was to dress as Madonna! :laugh:

    I'm not opposed to showing skin, but some of them are just stupid and ridiculous. A sexy Ninja Turtle? A sexy Optimus Prime? A sexy Darth Vader?! WTF?!

    I've always DIY-ed my costumes and always will. Halloween has always been bigger than Christmas to our family. :heart:
