I'm with you, I don't care for many chain restaurants at all. I went to Olive Garden last week for a coworker's birthday. I stuck with the soup & salad.

Wow. This is unbelievable. I would contact HR & a lawyer. This is harassment, plain & simple. That being said, they are insecure & jealous. You’ve changed your shape as they have either stayed the same or got worse. I’m pretty sure all of us encounter these type of people every day. Thankfully, not to this degree.

I have the opposite problem, I'm not usually hungry at night because I eat so much during the day. I eat dinner around 6:30 & am in bed at 9:00

Yep. 6'1 and I wear both, flats & pumps. They are sexy as hell. If someone is intimidated that I tower over them, they can take their butt hurt *kitten* & go home.

Thanks girl! I owe it to my husband! He's been going for almost two years in the morns & I always said I didn't have the time. Then one day I said, what am I doing...sleeping while he's losing! LOL

Yep. Quite frankly I get a little tired of seeing/hearing people make fun of people at the gym. I even see many people on Twitter posting pics of people for the purpose of making fun. Must be nice to be so perfect. I guess they knew what they were doing from day one? :laugh:

Mornings are my prefect time 4:15-4:30 am- Get out of bed, get my workout clothes on & eat a small meal 5:00 am- Arrive at the gym 6:00 am- Leave & go back home. Get my 4 kids up for school, make them breakfast, eat part 2 of my breakfast & shower. 8:00 am- Get them on the bus & head out to start my day at the office 6:00…

Actually I'm 6'1 and when I was at my most fittest, 5 years ago, I was not lacking in the muscles

I definitely had been in the past! I have gotten much better at it but still eat my breakfast in small 2 or 3 parts. Usually a slice of whole wheat with PB before my workout, protein shake or more PB after & a hard boiled egg or something similar when I get to the office. I find it easier when I eat several small pieces

If you're hungry, it's your body's way of telling you to eat more. Good luck! BTW, I'm a female, 6'1 & I weigh over 50 pounds more than you & my goal weight is 30 pounds more than your current weight. Might want to rethink a bit :flowerforyou:

Same as stated- I don't LOOK like I weigh 200 pounds. I always hid weight well being so tall. The fat had more room! LOL Also -I have 4 kids & a job, I don't have the time -I'm not THAT bad, compared to my family -I don't have the energy

Woke up a bit later this morning (4:45) & didn't get to the gym until 5:00 so it wasn't as great as normal. Did back & only 25 minutes of cardio.
