Findig Time To Workout

Mornings are my prefect time
4:15-4:30 am- Get out of bed, get my workout clothes on & eat a small meal
5:00 am- Arrive at the gym
6:00 am- Leave & go back home. Get my 4 kids up for school, make them breakfast, eat part 2 of my breakfast & shower.
8:00 am- Get them on the bus & head out to start my day at the office
6:00 pm- Home from work. Dinner, homework, baths
9:00-10:00 pm- In Bed
Works great for me. I couldn’t survive if I had a midnight bedtime!
ETA- Weekends I go to the gym midday, it's pretty relaxed
And you too...you do all of this with four kids????!! Hats off and :flowerforyou: I need to get some time management tips from you!
Thanks girl! I owe it to my husband! He's been going for almost two years in the morns & I always said I didn't have the time. Then one day I said, what am I doing...sleeping while he's losing! LOL0
