I don't go to the gym for yoga. I was having the same problem, you know how it is...can mom just have a bite... So I decided that everytime I go to get a snack or a bite of the boys snack, I would drink a huge glass of water and keep drinking till I didn't want it anymore. It got me to stop snacking and I drink my 100 oz.

Look for ones with suzanne deason, she is very good whether you are a beginner or not. I like yoga Am and pM for weight loss, and the one for that time of the month (can't remember what it is called). She does some great pilates ones too. I think you can find her stuff on the gaiam website.

I do yoga and pilates, I have found I have not really lost weight from it, But I have definately toned up and became for flexible. I sleep better at night because I am more calm and relaxed through out the day. I would keep it up and just had some cardio into your day.

try hemp oil, you can pick it up at health food stores, it worked very well with me during my pregnancies.

I would not recommend it. My friend was taking it and she didn't loose any weight and if you consume for fat than recommended you run the risk of anal leakage. She had to wear a panty liner all the time because of it.

I was told if you want to burn fat keep your heart rate at 65% for 30 mins and if you want to burn carbs keep your heart rate at 85%. It could be wrong but I have lost 9 pounds in a week with fast walking and before only 2 pounds with running and aerobics and stuff like that.

Yah I love it and the best part is that i don't look at it as a diet more of just smaller portions of the right foods. I don't mind the prep work of the cooking. I cook all my chicken and what not at once cut it into the right portion sizes and put it in the fridge or freezer so I can just grab and go.

It is possible. I found that with the ab work I have done during the last few weeks, my weight and everything has gone down, and the ab work isn't as hard but my waist hasn't really gotten smaller when i measure it. If you go to fitday.com then at the botton click how many calories burned, you can type in your age weight what activiy and it will say how many calories you lost. I went to it yesterday for shoveling snow because I couldn't find it on this website.

raise your reps, I do 60's and 80's of reps but its with the pyramid technique, start with 18 then 16, 14, 12, 10 and so on, stop and stretch breifly (only 5 seconds or so) between each set. If you don't feel the burn then up the weights slowly, only about two pounds at a time.
