Hi, I've just started doing a 20minute pilate workout every other day. Have any of you guys got any pilates sucess stories? thanks

I do yoga and pilates, I have found I have not really lost weight from it, But I have definately toned up and became for flexible. I sleep better at night because I am more calm and relaxed through out the day. I would keep it up and just had some cardio into your day.0
