I'm almost in the club 5'11" but Amazonian bone structure. starting weight 232 lowest weight 158 (but that was after strep). I've stayed around 175-180 for a year. I always laugh because my healthy BMI ranges from 137! to 179. I can't imagine how scary I'd look south of 150.

M my biggest surprise was how many people decided it was OK to openly talk about my sex life after my weight loss. These weren't complete strangers but they definitely were people I never discussed this topic with before, and out of the blue would say things like "I bet you are dating a lot more" or " I bet you're having a…

Happy to post that the dress is WAAAY to big now. I started at a 16/18 trying to squeeze into that dress (its all the way open in the top pic) to now being a comfortable 6/8 in the same brand. I can grab inches of fabric. Im a little sad I never got to wear the dress-but thrilled that its finally too big.

I see a big difference in your body- but a bigger difference in your smile!! You can tell that you are really enjoying life!

All bodies are different- and you will have success with things that other people don't. For me - it's watching my carbs and eating a balanced amount of protein and fats. But if I go nuts and cut them out almost completely I lose my mind and get loopy. Listen to your body. Love yourself. Be patient and kind to yourself as…

I'm 5'11" and started at 221. This dress barely wrapped around me when I started and now fits beautifully. I'm 190 currently- I'm not a bird boned lady so I still have about 20lbs before I start to maintain. Great work everyone!

I'm 5'11" and have big bones these pictures are around 190 (brown hair) and 185 blonde hair (I'm the bridesmaid). I feel great at that weight but my BMI says I need to weight 135-175- while being in that range would be super rad I can't imagine being smaller than 160 without looking sick. Also- I'm currently around 200 and…

5'11" currently 215 and I have a very large frame. I hat the bro scale because my healthy weight range is 139-179. I'd be super gross if I weighed under 145 . My goal is to get to 165. I'd be 8/10 on the bottom and a six on top (no boobs when I'm skinny)

Hi there! I am doing some research on HCG and I'd love to know a little more about your success? How did pick the nasal spray over the drops or the shot? Did you have any adverse side effects? Do you exercise as well? Thanks so much in advance for all your time!

great work!

I am new to running, but I am proud to say that Sunday I ran (plodded as you say) for 3 miles with out stopping. I'm doing my first 5k in a two weeks and I should be in good shape. My goal is to get to where I can run a 10k with ease. My biggest problem is boredom. What do you occupy your mind with when you are running?

Why does carbonation effect weight loss? If you said sodas (full sugar and diet) I would be on board, but I wasn't aware that things like plain soda water or sparkling water like Perrier were adverse to weight loss. I'd like to know more about this?

People who chew gum in class. I don't know why but it drives me bonkers. I find myself thinking about how unsafe it is then wishing they'd choke. And my biggest BIGGEST pet peeve is people who leave class during the stretching portion. It IS part of the class and necessary. Also, they are RUDELY disrupting everyone else…

I am about to channel Jillian Michaels here. You have to be honest with yourself. You have to be able to look at the junk you are eating and say this will make me feel good for two seconds and then BAD forever. This entire process is a reframe of the way you think about food. I found myself not succeeding at weight loss…

That is an amazing goal and I think I am going to steal it! I'm currently training for a 5K and I'll be ready for that by April--but it didn't occur to me to set a time goal. So I'll shoot for finishing in 36 and getting down to doing a 5k in 30 by June. Thanks for the motivation!

You are a super star! That's a great time for a first 5K!

Friday's weight was 211! I'm hoping to be down 2lbs by next Friday!

I'm late to the group but I know that I completed this goal last week. Yeah for this. Thank you for setting it up.

I have been told-and I don't know if it is true-but it works for me-that foods high in protein help to prevent feeling like crap the next day. I've tried drinking a protein shake if I'm in control of what I'm eating, and if I'm out at a bar I try to eat chicken (satay or strips). Good luck, keep it in moderation and drink…

That's not right. Unless you weigh 15lbs. I would see if you are able to program your weigh,t and if you have, I'd check to see if you have programmed it correctly. I'm 5'11" and I weigh about 200, after 17 min at level 12 I would burn close to 275 calories.

Great Job! Your new healthy body looks awesome and you look years younger! Keep up the good work!

You are doing fantastic! But God I wish there were a cheeto tree!

I can absolutely tell the difference in your face and neck! Keep up the good work!

Great work! Smile! You've done well!

Holy Crap--11 months is tremendous success. I wish you continued success and healthy living!

Get a ton of cardio in. Running is great because you burn the calories and work your core by keeping stable. I really don't enjoy running so I try to focus on my core durring any cardio. It reall makes a difference. Good luck!

I like to invite people over for grilling and game night. That way I control what I eat and how it is cooked. I also try to keep sparkling water on hand so I can make myself a drink while my guests are having beers. I also have a walking buddy and we have a walking date every Thursday. Finally, I'm in Southern California…

I think you might need to eat more, or at least start trying to zig zag or cycle your calories. It sounds like your body is stuck and knows how to operate on 900.

I think that he was (trying) to be kind. Often people who aren't involved in a weight loss journey tell me "you're fine, you look great, you're just big bonned and the kicker--come on, have a piece, of cake it won't kill you." They just don't understand that every second is a choice to be healthy and a choice to eat well,…
