Hey! Ive just completed my 1st week. Let's see...I've lost close to 20 pounds over the course of 2 1/2 to 3 months but can't seem to lose the last 10 so I decided to try this.... i love this app on my phone, especially the barcode s scanner!
I only average about 900 calories per day and weighed in on monday again without any loss. Just wondering if im being unrealistic and if eating to few calories has been a true loss slower? Look forward to making new friends and cheering you all on :)
