AMEN!! I've known friends who have actually QUIT MFP because of the negative/rude people who seem to spend their days roaming the forum. These freinds got to the point where they quit even TRYING to post anything, then quit replying, then quit MFP all together. I completely agree with the OP!!!!

When I need to fill up on some cals, I turn to avacado, raw nuts, or whole wheat toast (or muffin) w/ natural peanut butter.... Good luck! :)

I am well into Phase 3....that blasted Dreya Roll is a killer....I'm with some other posts I've noticed, the tummy gets in the way!! I recently recovered from the same issue, it lasted for about 3 months....and my main exercise was running on the treadmill. Hubby suggested I buy new shoes, I did, noticed a slight change, and after about 3 weeks, the splints were gone. I've also heard of stretching exercises that will help with them. Like rotating your…

I have the same HRM....I noticed the same thing, but I also noticed WHEN it's happening. Usually at times the chest strap changes position (like when I'm doing downward dog during Yoga). It was also happening quite often when I'd run on my treadmill. What I did was tighten the chest strap and it hasn't happened at all…
