It sucks but when my hubby came home from Korea I had to just let him cry it out in his own bed. He fell asleep on his own after a while. I have done crunches with my daughter…

That happened to me when I went out dancing in high heels and it took over 4 months to get that feeling back to my toes. You might be pinching a nerve. I'd ask a doctor.

What I do is get two strawberry eggos and a tbs of peanut butter on both eggos. I like. I even do it for snacks. Or get those precooked turkey sausages and egg whites and create your own mcgriddles.

I used to train 5x a week in the morning and 6x a week in the evening for 7 months. When you get on a roll like that you end up feeling like you can't go one day without going to the gym. Work outs can be fun. I have an IPOD that has movies on it. I watch movies or my tv series while I do my cardio. I have my favorite…

Wii fit is pretty fun. I did it for a while. The boxing one gives you a real work out. I also do the pilates and yoga and all that. It strengthens your core and workes those belly muscles. You should try it. It's a good way to start.

Did you know that you should consume half a gallon on the days you work out? It's good to be hydrated ~BEFORE~ a work out. I do like my water when I am on the elliptical. Water is overall better then the juices and anything other than milk.
