  • I did the exercise this morning. I did 1 round and did have to modifiy stuff that included jumping. It wasn't terrible. Either I am getting stronger or the exercises are getting easier. I also walked 2 miles at lunch. Tomorrow is my weekly weigh in I am keeping my fingers crossed.
  • I did not get a chance to do this today. I plan on getting up early tomorrow to do it.

  • On day 13 -- I did day 11 exercises and jogged/walked 3 miles. My 3 mile course was my best time ever 42:30. I was thrilled. :)

  • I fell of the exercise wagon Day 11 and 12. I plan to do both tomorrow. Saturday is also Zumba. I wonder if he is sending out a video? I did keep up with my 1200 calorie diet just no exercise the last 2 days. :(

  • I planned out all our dinners and ready for week 2!!! The best part was squats and sit ups. Worst anything upper body which included the word "crawl". Crawl up burpees, crawl up push-ups, etc.

  • day 5 and we are still doing it! we should all be proud!! it took me 18 minutes too to do the jump rope. i missed the info on the squats. so did not start till after work. how is everyone doing on the water? i did great the first few days but dropped off considerably today.

  • my office is on the 10th floor i was determined to walk all 10 flights at least once today. it took me 10 mins and 3 small breaks but i did it!! i only drink water so that was easy for me. i am still sore from yesterdays 54321. i wonder what is in store for us tomorrow. :)

  • the biggest positive is I actually did it - there were so many excuses i could have talked myself into to avoid the challenge but i am 100% committed and got 2 more people to join - bring on day 2!!! 1 mile 13 mins 13 secs crawl down - 5 burpees - 7 (my i didn't like those) toe touches - 22 squats - 24 tricep dips…
