You should try some strength exercises and toning, this along with tracking everything you eat. You may not loose a whole lot of weight, but the muscle toning will make you look slimmer and lean. Best of luck!!

I love sweets sadly, and I do eat them if I can fit them into my calorie limit. However, my sweet tooth has been out of hand so I am limiting my in take and removing somethings until I can back on track again.

I am having troubles on the weekends too. But what I have decided is instead of having a cheat day, do one cheat meal or indulgence and eat light for the rest of day.

Today my "well- fitting jeans" are really baggy, in the legs and the butt! It looks like I'm sagging! Two weeks ago they felt a little two tight! :D

I'm 5"1 now at 153lbs I want to get down to 120 and see how I feel/look then. I was between 115-117 in highschool. But that was before the curves. So we shall see! If anyone is looking for friends, please feel free to add me I could use the motivation!!

Was debating if I should take a nap or go to the gym, ended up going to the gym and got it in a nice work out! my legs are looking pretty good in leggings, and even my boyfriend said I was shrinking.

I had something a little similar to me. I've been trying to excursive at least 5 days a week. My period was delayed, and It came totally unexpected with out any pain or tenderness. And it has been pretty light. Not sure if this is a good or bad thing. lol. I'm interested to see what others think?

I stopped cold turkey and didn't consume any meat for an entire month. I think I want to start again May 1st I'm leaving for new york in 30 Days this would be perfect. I have tried this in the past, and it does work! It is hard at first but I was seeing results. I only had a week left.. but you know, christmas happened and I got off track :(
