    Wow! Great progress. It was like as you lost weight you wanted people to see you and you got rid of your long hair and facial hair. "See me!" And I love that you're out there lifting in winter gear; no excuses!

    Thank you! Eventually it will come out haha, but the summary is eat right and exercise. It sounds like I'm over-simplifying but thats really the bulk of it - the rest is time. It takes a long time. I think the trick is getting people to stick out more than a few weeks. I think you need a few months to really see change.
