    very nice! your skin looks like it tightened up very well, which is nice because some people after losing well over 100 pounds are left with alot of skin that sometimes has to be cut off! nicely done!

    There is some, but I've always been semi-strong/athletic. Viking genetics maybe haha

    well, i didnt see any in your video, so it must be very minimal! good job! maybe it is that viking streak in ya...

    Eat under maintenance, walk at least 30 minutes a day. I lost a good chunk of it keeping it simple.

    Sometimes I get caught off guard by how handsome I am in the mirror now. :p Honestly though, if I think about it too much it can be weird. Same body but looks so different.

    Thanks so much for posting this incredible result from hard work and dedication... and sensible simple approach... I love that. You are a cutie patootie, you probably would settle for badass but OH WELL you look like a cutie patootie to me, so deal, I know that you can. LOL

    I am at the stage where thing stalled for so long I wanted to quit and I'm just getting back into it now after more than a year stalled out and like you said in an earlier post, just be patient... that's what I got to do, I need to eat under and wait. I guess it takes a lot longer for some people than others, and I wish I knew why that was, but not knowing or understanding is no excuse for giving up. I get that now.
