My weight loss goal is probably a lot lower but I've been at it for a month too, and the changes are crazy!! I can't afford a gym membership either but my friends have let me use guest passes so I've been able to take some lifting classes and aerobics. I would say, if it is a healthy snack like a carrot or a bite of my roommate's soup, no, I don't count it. But every naughty cookie that passes my lips gets recorded. It's like a punishment to myself. I still have my diary hidden though; the naughty snacks are embarrassingly recurrent ????

"Healthy replacements" just don't work for me at all. The cravings and habits just don't stop. The method I use to battle is by simply not buying sweets at the grocery store. I have a weighted hula hoop and I do it for a couple min every day for fun and seriously about 3 times a week!! I looove it.

A girl has got to cheat with sweets every once in a while! Thanks for the information! Pass the protein. Say under the carb. Let the fat fall. Drink water!! So eating clean doesn't necessarily mean only what comes immediately from the earth and directly off the pampered organic animals?

Cocoa and milk, all the way!! And if you are having trouble cutting out the sweet, I would just cut down on the sweets first. Like 1 mug of hot chocolate as opposed to 3.

We are similar but current there is a gap. I am 23 (almost 24 haha), 156 down from 170. My goal is 145 but really looking to lose body fat!
