Tuna in Oil...oh crap!

you guys! i accidentally bought 2 packages of the 3oz cans in OIL instead of water! im mortified. i threw out the receipt in the last nites garbage.. HOW BAD IS IT to eat? should i just throw it away?

advice pls!!!

    Oil isn't going to kill you. Your body actually needs oils to help regulate your emotions. Just go by the number of calories listed on the can.

    Its soooooo good. Just work it into your calorie goal.

    thanks guys. ok, i guess its just 3g more fat. still, i was mortified!! ive never eaten tuna in oil..always w water. x
