I started doing Stronglifts 5X5 a month ago. I'm down 5lbs already! If somebody asked me that, I'd tell them I'm planning to cosplay a female World of Warcraft orc. I dunno about any other ladies, but if I -did- get bulky, I'd be showing that stuff off! Good for you, shrugging her off & getting your PR!

Have you read Mark's Daily Apple? It's a blog on paleo/primal diets and there are a ton of good articles. If you aren't hungry, you are probably fine. Your body is using your stored energy (fat) like it is supposed to. But, if you do want more calories, riv's suggestions are good.

Hi! Welcome to MFP ^_^ I did pretty well using MFP, lost about 7 pounds I think. Then re-set my ticker when I decided to try the primal blueprint diet I read about on Mark's Daily Apple. Adding friends on here is really helpful, they cheer you on and ask what's up if you're gone too many days.

You are fine! For myself, I've decided to give my self a break from logging on the crappyest days of my TOM. Eat anything I want, no worry or guilt! I switched from Mountain Dew to Diet Dr Pepper, not too bad! The diet Dr Pepper doesn't have a weird diet taste like diet Dew does.
