Also how is your eating? I know your breastfeeding but what you are consuming could be part of the problem. Dont give up! Its hard to lose weight. Have you measured yourself? How are your clothes fitting? I just ask because as the scale isnt moving for me my measurements have gone down. Do you do any workouts other than work itself?

Day 4 was way easier! Still not easy but my endurance has gotten better

Hi Im Jennifer, My temptation is anything chocolate, I have a mouth full of sweet tooths, not just a sweet tooth. I get over it by telling myself, if you eat that you wont stop then have to stay at the gym for 3 hours more....lol It works most of the time

Scared for day 2! I am so sore. Its funny I can work at the gym doing 40 mins cardio and then 30 mins strength yet I have never been as sore doing that as I am today!

I feel you! In my town its herbalife. You supplement 2 meals a day, you buy their snack products, then eat dinner. Yeah they are losing gobs of weight and the promotion is they are giving you better nutrition than food will!!!! So I asked, "what happens when you hit goal weight and no longer need the weight loss shakes"?…

I totally log my cleaning! I do it all day with two kids. Im constantly picking things up mopping things, sweeping and vacuming crumbs. There is no way in H**l I wont log those

Why not log? Maybe it will give you better incentive to try and make healthier food choices! I would log, just so I could see where my trouble areas start when eating out :) Have a great vacation!
