Just have to face the facts that he's not the one trying to lose weight and eat better. I make a full breakfast for my husband while sipping on my protein shake....its tempting, it sucks, but you can't blame him for it. Just keep a lot of healthy snacks around to munch on when you get tempted.

You should only be concerned if you feel out of control. After big dinners (e,g, thanksgiving) I would eat a really small amount the next day (pretty much a fast) but I never felt ashamed and gross about it, just trying to even out my weekly cal intake.

Hey!!! My fiance is in the Air Force and makes it pretty clear that he prefers for me to be a housewife when we get married. I honestly am looking forward to it since it allows me to do more freelance work but I am a bit nervous that I'll miss my career (also college graduate).

He said a lot about hating his body and not ONE THING about how he will change. Fat shaming is wrong, but honestly he talked about how much other people make fun of him and "hate" him.....while he himself tells the world how much he hates his body.

I'm 5 ft and I maintain at 1,500 so I don't think 1000 is too unreasonable for weight loss.... If you are stalling I would play with the number a bit though (upping not lowering cals).

I think you should love YOURSELF no matter what. That being said if you love yourself, you should take care of your body and do what's best for it. Do not "settle" with your body just like you wouldn't in a relationship (i'd hope ;) )

Because these pics are over 5 months, I would look into changing your routine/diet a little bit to speed up progress. Something must be a bit off or you would have at least dropped a few pounds. Either way there are changes so that is awesome!! Definitely measure your waist to see if you have lost inches.
