It's like you came out of my brain!

In regards to the eating back calories... If you have "calories remaining" after you logged exercise, eat them. Others have explained it better, but that's the simple end of it. Also, no matter what program you are doing, number one is to pay attention to your body. If you are so hungry you make yourself sick, bump up…

You'll probably be super hungry tomorrow morning so just eat a big breakfast to make up for the tonight. You won't be going into any kind of "mode" in a day.
-
I wouldn't log it but if you feel like you are burned out from it I would eat a healthy snack and not log that.

If you feel satisfied at 1529 cals I would set that to be your goal. It'll save you some sanity in the long run and you'll still lose weight (maybe even more successfully). When I had my goal at 1200 all I could think about was food, idk how some of you guys do it.

Was this "internet argument" on MFP?

I'd say since you are at around your ideal weight you would be wasting energy on a treadmill. Get into a good kettle bell routine and bodyweight workouts (someone already mentioned bodyrock.tv also Fitnessblender on youtube has some). If you just do the treadmill and eat better you might see more weightloss but you will…

It's a great idea. An even better idea is to clean out your fridge and cupboards of things that you generally get tempted to eat. I have no chocolate in the house. Doesn't mean I don't ever eat it, it's just not at my disposal. Best of luck!

Not unless I put it on in the morning and haven't taken it off yet.

People really throw around the word "poor" when most don't know what it really means. My mom told me a story from my childhood in Ukraine. A neighbor brought over some chicken bones for the dog and my mom was so hungry she sucked the bones to get the flavor before giving it to the dog. Truly poor people don't have the…

You look like you weigh exactly how much you should. It also sounds like you are comfortable in your own skin and it's really your mom thats pushing you...tell her to stoppit, she's giving you a complex. The scale means nothing compared to what you see in the mirror. If you want to work out do it for yourself not for your…

Just looking for ideas. I promise you are not actually useless. Just chit-chattin'. Was just trying to pick other people's brain for general ideas not special stuff for actual special occasions. :flowerforyou:

The Asiana in-flight meal....it was supposed to be stirfry.

Since I don't have a HRM I just put it in as 1/2 calisthenics and 1/2 aerobics.

I am pretty new like you and my husband and I are doing pretty much the exact same thing you are. He's the experienced one so it's more like I have a personal trainer and he has a poor spotter haha. From what he told me, people get annoyed when you use the squat rack (I'm assuming thats the cage?) for other lifts since…

YOU GUYS ARE USELESS!!!@!@ I was actually looking for ideas here. Sounds like I'll just be making a nice dinner. ...as for the sexytime posts....aren't gifts supposed to be something you don't get on a regular basis?

From this angle I see a slight difference. I bet it would be much more obvious from the side! Good work btw! and its ALL about how you feel. I think you look fantasticly fit in both pics.

Our german shepherd Mila Coolnis. She really hates it when I work out because it means she's not getting attention so she just plops on my mat in protest. I think the first pic is 3 months and the second is 7 months (current!).

That's like saying "I'm going to school for nursing...I only want to be a nurse though not a doctor. How do I make sure I won't accidentally become a brain surgeon." You have nothing to worry about.

Just a heads up, rice cakes (doekbokki and such) are suuuuper calorific. When I lived in Korea it was almost impossible to not eat rice because people literally looked at you like you're crazy since "its so healthy for you". One of my co-teachers even told me she didn't know rice had calories (LOL).

If you didn't log what you ate before, it might seem like small portions but unless you weight everything out and add it up you don't really know how many calories you are eating. One of the pasta dinners you mentioned can be 1200 calories alone. Latte's can add about 500 cals depending on what you get. It really adds up!

Just because you already said you are 150lbs and fit into a 10 I'd say you'd fit in a 4 for sure at 120. I'd make it more of a range if pant size is really your goal like 2-6. Or maybe measurements (measure your waistline, hips, etc and set a goal). I think measurements is the best way to see your progress, unless you only…
