Congrats! Your story is truly inspiring. It is such an amazing accomplishment, and its great that someone noticed and told you how great you did. Keep it up and you'll be running a 5km in no time!

LOVE this! Congrats to you because it is not easy for people to remember that it's not just about the outside, but about the inside too. You can look fantastic on the outside, but still be a horrible person. Many people use so much of their time working on the outside, that they forget who they are inside. Great post.

Personally, I do not think it's rude at all to either bring your own lunch or go to the salad bar to grab something healthier. If your body doesn't agree with the food, and you don't want to eat it - don't! Just politely explain that you're not necessarily trying to lose weight, but you're trying to eat healthy, and…

I have two "puppies" they are about 1 year and 3 months old now, one female rottie, and one female half doberman half labrador. Never a dull moment with them, and PLENTY of walks!

I'll do it with you! I have two puppies, and Im sure they'd enjoy the morning walk / jog for 30 minutes. During the week Monday - Thursday I go to the gym at lunch at work, and then sometimes do a workout after work. This will definitely motivate me to get in 2 workouts each day!

It really differs from person to person, and from city to city. Most people wear jeans, a shirt and heels, the die hards will go all out and wear more flashy outifts (rihanna style). But lets be serious - when the lights go out and the concert is on, no one will be paying attention to anyone but Drake. And most people when…

I asked my friend the same question, she said don't feel bad if you go up 1-2 lbs during TOM. (Im sure this varies for each person) To make sure the lbs don't stay after, make sure to drink lots of water, and watch your sodium intake! Hope that helps!

I've completed level one of ripped in 30 (I did 9 days on level one instead of the recommended 7 because I wanted to perfect the movements before going to level 2) I did my second day of level 2 yesterday, it is hard, but well worth it! I've lost an inch in my bust, about half an inch in my waist, but I've also dropped…

Friday night I had 2 peices of fried breaded chicken, wedge fries and macaroni salad. I felt like death after. Went right back to my good eating on Saturday though :o)

I have done Vodka, with water, and then added the singles crystal light (low calorie single pack ones, usually lemon lime flavour) to it. Technically you are drinking vodka water, which will keep you somewhat hydrated, with a bit if a lemon-lime taste to it - with less calories than drinking it with pop or juice. Hope that…

All through high school I was always between 120-125 lbs at 5'6 . I was a workout fanatic! I went to the gym 4-5 times a week and played soccer 2-3. That ended when I injured my ankle. From that point forth, soccer was a thing of the past, and the gym seemed to fade along with it. It wasn't until 2-3 years ago that I…
