vegan food has hella calories in it. everytime i want a vegan cookie it has like a hundred more calories than the regular kind.... you can eat too much of anything. people can be ignorant. that's why there are overweight vegetarians, and skinny meat eaters. it has nothing to do with what you eat. it's how much you eat.

yep. i have it on my upper thighs and butt. I didnt have it 3 years ago. then I gained weight. Now it's here. I hear strength training helps... i havent started yet.

have fun and pace yourself. I remember for my first 5k i was nervous cus i hadnt ran for 10 years, and i smoked a cigarette approaching the starting line lol. i ended up running the whole thing in 45 minutes. I was so proud. have funn!!

there is this fed ex lady that always comes into my work.... she was morbidly obese about a year ago, and lost sooo much weight. everytime i see her i wanna say something, but i'm worried that SAYING something might offend her... so i dont.. i jUst admire from afar lol.

ya... i log everything. zero calorie rockstars have a carb or too..... splenda really has 4 calories.... coffee has a couple calories.. like 2 i think..... the only thing i don't log is water. i log gum too. zero calorie butter spray has like .5 calorie per spray even tho it says 0.... everything adds up, but you don't…

you're not too skinny at all. you look healthy. they are probably just used to seeing you bigger. it's so funny tho when people say that... they never have the guts to say "you're too fat" but are so quick to chime in "you're too skinny" when in fact you are healthy. keep it up. don't listen to them.
