I have to do this long term too even when I reach target, I believe sugars and grains made me ill! I don't feel deprived like I did on other diets. I am slowly getting into exercise, walking every day! I have joint pain too Twibbly and digestive issues are a total nightmare for me (I have Ulcerative Colitis and IBS)

yes I have it set at 30 min. too, with long sitting periods of up to 17 hours a day at the computer then it's reasonable to get up every 30 min. I hate numb bum :bigsmile:

I weigh in at a chemist every week and they have a scale which does the weight, height and bmi but you need to pay extra for the fat measurement, I think I will try it tomorrow, out of curiosity. :happy:
