I cut back on alot of differnet foods but will not give up my wine or chocolate! By the way white and wine should not be used in the same sentence. Red and Wine go together!

I had a similar problem and went to a podiatrist. The doctor called it "bottle cap nail".He said it is common in runners, It is caused when the shoe puts pressure on the end of the nail and causes the nail to separate at the cuticle which causes the nail to fall off. Trimming the nail straight across and switching running…

When I started on the program I had a weight goal and I was solely focused on attaining that weight. Along the way things changed. First there were small changes such as dropping a pants size. I found myself setting smaller attainable goals such as getting to the next lower size. Then the small goals acheived led to other…

Blood sugar swings will do that to you. If you are eating foods that cause your blood sugar levels to spike then fall your body will crave more food. I had the same problem until I cut the simple carbs and got my blood sugar levels down and stopped spikingmy blood sugar. Before I got it under control I could eat a full…

I'd reccomend going to a running store and have them set you up with a pair of shoes. If you are going to be doing alot of walking and you are increasing your times and pace a specialty running store is your best bet. They can determine how your foot strikes and reccomend a pair of shoes. The prices are comparable to what…

Savor it, log it, learn from it and forget it! Focus on your long range vision of where you want to be in terms of your health etc. You've done great so far and eating TB is not the end of the world or your quest to be where you want to be!

"How does a kid from Coos Bay, with one leg longer than the other win races? All my life people have been telling me, 'You're too small Pre', 'You're not fast enough Pre', 'Give up your foolish dream Steve'. But they forgot something, I HAVE TO WIN." - Steve Prefontaine Let's all be winners today!!

I am doing the same calorie restrictions as you and keeping my total cals around 1300. You can send a friend request if you 'd like. Congrats…

Don't starve or deprive yourself and don't look at this as a diet but a lifelong commitment to healthier living. Be patient and don't fret or obsess with the scale but rather pay attention to body changes such as how…
